Your new role

Seeking a motivated Fit-Out Foreman to join the team in Sydney. Candidates at Sub-Foreman level who are ready to step up are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with a carpentry trade background and a passion for quality fit-out work.

What you'll need to succeed

• Carpentry trade qualification (preferred)
• Experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to interpret plans and manage site activities
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on safety and quality
