Join a leading construction team delivering a state-of-the-art aged care facility in the heart of Parramatta. This $40M project is designed to set new standards in comfort, safety, and quality of life for residents—and we’re looking for a Finishes Foreman who shares that vision.

Your Role
As Finishes Foreman, you’ll oversee the final stages of construction, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, compliance, and care. From flooring to fixtures, your leadership will help shape a warm, welcoming environment for future residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all internal finishes including joinery, tiling, painting, flooring, and fit-off
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on time and to spec
  • Conduct quality checks and rectify defects proactively
  • Collaborate with Site Manager and Project Team to maintain program and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with aged care design and accessibility requirements

About You
  • Experience as a Finishes Foreman on building projects over $30M in the health or education sector
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Trade background preferred
