About the Role
As Finishes Foreman, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all internal finishing trades across multiple towers, ensuring quality, safety, and program targets are met. You’ll work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver high-end finishes that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise finishing trades: plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, flooring, etc.
  • Ensure works are completed to design specifications and quality standards
  • Manage daily site activities and resolve on-site issues efficiently
  • Monitor progress against program and report to the Site Manager
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and defect management
  • Enforce WHS compliance and site cleanliness
♂️ What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale residential or commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction sequencing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive quality outcomes under tight deadlines
  • Trade qualification or relevant construction background
