We are looking for an experienced person with excellent administration / finance experience who is ambitious, proactive, able to work under pressure and is good with numbers!! This position is based in Wagga Wagga, NSW in the financial services sector. This person will be responsible for the implementation of investment portfolios including completing application forms, managing the movement of money, and helping clients through that process.
This job is in office but can be part-time (5 days a week required). The candidate would enjoy talking to clients and have a strong affiliation with numbers and accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
An interest in financial planning
Desire to learn and grow in the field
Qualifications or experience in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks
High level of accuracy with good attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and be self-motivated
