Financial Crime QA Operational Performance Manager

This is a rare opportunity to work in a newly created role, heavily focused on oversight and enhancement of the operational performance of Quality Assurance, as part of a market-leading organisation that is deeply committed to protecting its customers and community from financial crime.

Your new role

  • Lead and enhance QA operations across APAC, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals
  • Monitor and analyse operational metrics across QA, including workforce planning, forecasting, WIP management, SLA adherence, and tolerance thresholds
  • Drive automation and dashboard creation (including in-house dashboards and Tableau) to deliver real-time performance insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Lead stand-ups and establish a strong operating rhythm across teams
  • Provide performance feedback and insights to senior leadership, identifying trends and root causes through deep dives and call analysis
  • Collaborate with QA leaders and stakeholders to assess the impact of programs and remediation projects, ensuring proactive risk mitigation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience in Financial Crime operations, ideally across multiple streams (e.g. TM, ECDD)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
  • Workforce planning expertise including capacity management, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) and experience in dashboard and scorecard creation is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience leading complex programs and driving operational uplift
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting, data interpretation, and performance insights
