With a focus on operational excellence and innovation, they are seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team.

Your new role

• Leading the preparation and review of monthly financial reports and cost analysis
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Overseeing general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
• Supporting interim and annual audits
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending corrective actions
• Managing day-to-day finance operations including data entry, coding, and troubleshooting
• Liaising with senior stakeholders to provide insights and resolve queries

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification with tertiary accounting credentials
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Financial Controller role within a large business
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Proficiency in SAP (desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
