Your new role
This role will be responsible for the financial management of the business. This role leads all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, audit and compliance, and internal controls — ensuring that financial performance and integrity are maintained across all divisions of the business.
Operating across multiple revenue streams, the Financial Controller will provide both strategic financial leadership and hands-on operational control. This role partners directly with the ELT to guide business decisions, support sustainable growth, and maintain strong financial governance.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong commercial acumen and hands-on financial expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
CA or CPA qualified
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a similar financial leadership role, ideally in a retail, environment
Strong technical knowledge of Australian accounting standards
