• Preparing and implementing investment proposals with accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting in client portfolio reviews and responding to market-related queries
• Managing documentation for managed funds, IPOs, and stock transactions
• Drafting correspondence and preparing reports for clients and third parties
• Supporting the development of a referral network and future advisory pathway

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial support role, ideally in stockbroking or investment advisory
• RG146 certification and tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, or a related field (or soon to be graduate)
• Proficiency in financial platforms such as IRESS, X-Plan, Agility, and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• A sound understanding of ASX rules, corporate law, and market conditions
• A clear ambition to pursue a career as a financial adviser
