Your new role

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Assisting with year-end reporting and audit processes
• Maintaining the general ledger and performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Continuous process improvement and system optimisation

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
• Demonstrated experience in a financial accounting role
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/AASB)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical capability
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders
