Your new role
Your key responsibilities will include:
Bank reconciliations
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
Assisting with payroll processing
Supporting month‑end tasks as required
Working within Xero and maintaining accurate financial records
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar Finance Officer or Accounts role
- Strong AP and AR processing experience
- Exposure to payroll processing
- Hands-on experience using Xero
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
