Our client is looking for a finance officer to join the team on a permanent basis, and is open to full-time and part-time candidates.

Your new role
Your work will help ensure smooth billing, timely collections and accurate records. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:
Maintaining service related charges and ensuring accurate updates to records
Monitoring and updating the rates calendar to support annual and instalment cycles
Processing payments, direct debits, adjustments, refunds and related transactions
Assisting with the collection of outstanding payments and applying interest where appropriate
Updating pensioner information in line with relevant regulations and processing associated claims
Maintaining registers,
Conducting title and data searches when required
Preparing routine documentation, orders and requisitions
Providing clear, professional advice to clients and internal stakeholders
Offering support to other finance team members when needed
Contributing ideas and recommendations for improvements to procedures
