Your new role

As the Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the site leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance and operational support. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and business performance analysis, while managing a small but capable team across finance and procurement.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
  • Analysing manufacturing processes to drive financial efficiency.
  • Managing month-end close, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
  • Reviewing and negotiating key contracts to ensure commercial value.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Coaching and developing a team of finance and purchasing professionals.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).
  • Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or a related sector.
  • Strong technical accounting and reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel and database management capabilities.
  • ERP experience (Oracle highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
