Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:
Own the end‑to‑end financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, and the development of robust financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investments.
Deliver high‑quality financial reporting and insights, overseeing month‑end close, consolidating multi‑region results, analysing variances, trends, and KPIs, and providing clear, executive‑level commentary to drive performance improvement.
Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders and operational teams, supporting decision‑making, cost optimisation, and identifying key performance drivers and opportunities for improvement across the business.
Lead and continuously improve the finance function by managing audits and external reporting, supporting accounting policy and technical matters, developing team capability, and enhancing systems, automation, and reporting processes.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with CPA, MBA, or other recognised postgraduate finance credentials viewed favourably.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar environment, including strong expertise across month‑end and year‑end processes, audits, and (ideally) listed company reporting.
Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability, supported by strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems such as Business Central, and BI tools including Power BI.
Commercially minded finance leader with strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills, high integrity and professionalism, a proactive improvement mindset, and proven experience mentoring and developing team members in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
