This well established school is looking to appoint a new Finance/Business Manager. This is a hands-on role that oversees an operational team supporting the day to day running of the organisation.

Your new role

This role reports to the school board on all financial and compliance matters as well as overseeing the administration functions. Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Monthly financial and board reporting
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Produce forecasts and analyse financial data
• Produce government reporting and compliance
• Support with HR tasks
• Manage and develop the transactional finance function
• Oversee and support administration team
• Liaise and advise board members on key strategic decisions

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience in a Finance Manager or Business Manager role. Previous experience within a school or college would be highly advantageous. Excellent business partnering skills are a key element of this role.
