Your new role

As the Finance Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities including, though not limited to:

• Support and lead a team, implementing strategies to ensure career development and progression.
• Prepare and present reports to the board. Including budget forecasts, position papers and providing strategic insight into organisational strategy.
• Assist with organisational tax strategy, including managing tax compliance and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis of the organisation to provide insight into the financial position of business areas.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience working in a similar role with a people-first approach with dedication to the overall team success and growth. You will have the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels and ability to maintain key relationships within the organisation.

The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent and be CA or CPA qualified.
