An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well‑established organisation in a broad, hands‑on leadership role. Reporting directly to senior management, this position plays a critical role in overseeing the full finance function while partnering closely with operational stakeholders across the business.

Your new role

• End‑to‑end financial management, including month‑end and year‑end close
• Preparation of management reporting, cash flow forecasts, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and debtor management
• Payroll processing and compliance, including PAYG, superannuation, BAS and statutory obligations
• Liaison with external accountants and relevant regulatory bodies
• Maintenance of financial controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Support operational leaders with financial insights, reporting and decision‑making
• Oversight of systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
• Strong background across financial reporting, cash flow management and compliance
• Experience managing payroll and end‑to‑end transactional finance
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Confident communicator able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA highly regarded)
