A leading resources operation is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support one of the world’s major manganese mining sites, located on a tropical island in the Northern Territory. This open‑cut operation contributes significantly to global production and has a long history of working closely with Traditional Owners.

Your new role

I am seeking an experienced finance business partner to join the organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

• Partner with operational teams to deliver accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate complex data into clear, practical insights that guide operational decisions.
• Improve cost visibility and drive value improvement initiatives across the site.
• Strengthen financial processes, systems and Power BI reporting capability.
• Support sustainable performance for a high volume, high impact mining operation.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Strong analytical capability and the ability to convert data into meaningful business outcomes.
• A confident communicator able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative, practical and solutions focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
