Your new role

As the Finance Business Partner, you will be working closely with your business unit but also be part of the larger FBP team.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Prepare expense variance analysis including root cause analysis, developing action plans and executing on those plans with management

  • Continuously monitor budgets throughout the year and perform detailed monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, identifying significant trends and underlying causes of deviations

  • Engage and collaborate with senior management team in end-to-end preparation and timely delivery of budget and forecast
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and economic developments to inform and develop relevant insights
  • Make recommendations on financial status by analysing results and variances; identifying trends; assessing impact and potential actions
  • Liaise with the SMT to drive strategic decision making and improve performance


You will be an integral part within the business unit and key to your success will be your ability to tell the story behind the numbers, produce useful and accurate analysis to the business to ensure performance and targets are achieved.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you will be CA/CPA, have strong analytical skills, strong stakeholder management experience, and the ability to interpret figures and data.

You will ideally have previous manufacturing or FMCG experience within a complex fast paced environment
