Your new role

• Preparing timely and accurate monthly management reports and board packs
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple divisions
• Providing cost analysis and identifying opportunities for efficiency and savings
• Partnering with operational teams on strategic projects and initiatives
• Supporting compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Acting as a backup for payroll processing and developing system expertise (Dynamics 365, Power BI)

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in management accounting or commercial finance
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline (CPA/CA/CMA qualified or working towards)
