Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join their high-performing finance team on a full-time permanent basis.

Your new role

• Conduct detailed financial analysis including variance, trend, and profitability reviews
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
• Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for savings
• Maintain and enhance financial models and databases
• Support month-end processes including journal entries and reconciliations
• Lead ad-hoc analytical projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail and integrity
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments will be highly regarded.
