Hays is in partnership with multiple mine sites located across Far North Queensland. We are seeking experienced Utility All Rounders to join a casual relief pool for the upcoming season.

Your new role

We run a large casual pool of staff to supply a range of hospitality services to our mine sites, and we are currently looking to onboard several experienced FIFO Utility All-Rounders. Your new role will see you rotating tasks across all departments including, housekeeping, kitchen assisting, dishwashing, preparation of food and cleanliness of kitchen and laundry. Flying in and out of Cairns or Townsville, you must be living in either city or willing to travel and be available to commit to assignments at short notice.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Experience in FIFO Utility role in Australia

• Ability to pass site required police check and inductions

• Ability to pass all site required medical checks regularly

• Full availability during the week and with last-minute notice

• Willingness to work all departments across both day and night shifts

What you'll get in return

In return, you will join our casual relief pool and work FIFO swings in Far North Queensland for an attractive hourly rate, being paid weekly. Flights, meals, and accomodation are provided whilst on site.
