We are currently recruiting for a Rock Tools Technician to work across mutliple mine site on the East Coast

Your new role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Rock Tools Technician to join their team as a FIFO Floater across a few of their mine sites on the East Coast. A rock tools technician works between the workshop and the underground
Key responsibilities:
  • Remove all worn and damaged rock tools from the drill sites
  • Safely transport drilling consumables such as drill bits and drill steels to various drill rigs underground.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient rock drilling operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Manual Driver's License: Essential for transporting materials.
  • Medical Clearance: Ability to pass a full functional medical.
  • Background Check: Hays police check required.
  • Experience: Previous labouring experience is a must
