With growth across Victoria, they’re seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a large field service team while remaining actively involved in fault-finding and service delivery.

Your new role
As Team Leader, you will:

• Lead, support, and mentor a team of approximately 20 field service technicians
• Manage day-to-day job scheduling, team coordination, and performance
• Attend sites as needed to assist with complex jobs, provide guidance, or resolve technical issues
• Take a hands-on approach to fault-finding, diagnosing equipment issues, and ensuring service quality
• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new team members
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams to streamline operations and service delivery
• Promote a safety-first, solutions-focused team culture

What you'll need to succeed

• A trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or related field
• Strong hands-on service experience, including diagnostics and fault resolution
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a technical or field-based setting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and team development
• A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel across metro and regional areas as required
