Facilities Manager

A bespoke commercial property managing agency is looking for a Facilities Manager.

A well-established bespoke agency, in the commercial property management sector, managing a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use facilities across Sydney. Your new role

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple buildings and shared infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on maintenance delivery, contractor coordination, compliance and stakeholder engagement across an active portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reactive and planned maintenance across several sites
  • Coordinating contractors and monitoring WHS and compliance requirements
  • Liaising with tenants, operators and key stakeholders
  • Overseeing building services including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire systems
  • Supporting compliance, risk management and reporting activities
  • Assisting with capital works, lifecycle planning and minor projects
  • Using facilities management systems to manage work orders and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in commercial or mixed-use facilities management
  • Strong contractor management and stakeholder communication skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to facilities operations
  • Sound understanding of building services and compliance requirements
  • The ability to manage multiple assets while working autonomously and as part of a wider team
