A well-regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong technical foundation in building services. You’ll join a team responsible for keeping a large, operational site running smoothly, safely and compliantly.
Your new role
You will lead the coordination and delivery of maintenance, minor works and capital projects to ensure infrastructure operates safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include
Managing HVAC, BMS, electrical and essential building services
Overseeing capital works, minor works and maintenance programs
Ensuring compliance with BCA, WHS and regulatory frameworks
Maintaining the Asset Register and service records
Preparing scopes, cost estimates and technical specifications
Managing procurement and contractor performance
Providing technical advice and risk management support
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing building services in a complex environment
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical and BMS systems
Experience delivering maintenance and capital works programs
Understanding of compliance, procurement and contract management
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
