Our client is an international and well-established accomodation provider that are seeking an on-site Facilities Manager to join their Gold Coast team.
Your new role
As the on-site Village Facilities Manager, reporting to the Village Director, you will provide and support the management of the delivery of day-to-day and long-term facility management across the Village. The Facilities Manager is also responsible for the leadership, recruitment, development and performance of the Property Services Coordinator/s at the Village. Further, this role consists of a significant portion of hands-on repairs and maintenance work that the Facilities Manager will be required to complete.
Key accountabilities:What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated Facilities Management or Facilities or Maintenance Coordination experience, managing maintenance schedules and life cycle costing plans.
Property maintenance or trades experience will be highly regarded
Previous experience managing or supervising a team
Strong communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills or customer service skills
Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
What you'll get in return
Full-time permanent role
Salary package between $95k - $110k inclusive of super, depending on experience
