Your new role
Duties will include:
Monitor and respond to work orders
Manage financial approvals for various needs and requests
Contribute to asset data upkeep and generate relevant reports
Maintain compliance records and safety documentation
Oversee maintenance operations and schedule contractor visits
Foster effective communication with various stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
The following qualifications are highly regarded:
- Experience in facilities coordination or administration
- Organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and work order systems
- Experience coordinating large sites, building services, and asset management
