We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance activities across equipment, infrastructure, and facilities. This role supports the delivery of a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment while developing broader facilities' management capabilities.
Your New Role
Duties will include:
  • Designing and managing preventative maintenance programmes to minimise disruptions and extend asset life
  • Allocating tasks and coordinating resources across internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
  • Using MEX (Maintenance Management System) to generate, prioritise, and manage work orders based on operational needs and resource availability
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance history, compliance records, and equipment performance
  • Supporting facilities' management operations and stepping into broader site responsibilities as required
  • Promoting a respectful, safety-focused, and collaborative team culture
What You’ll Need to Succeed
The following qualifications and experience are highly regarded:
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a maintenance, facilities, or technical support role
  • Exposure to facilities management or readiness to step into a Junior Facilities Manager position
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Solid understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and its practical application
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and maintenance/finance systems
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
