Your new company
Hays is working with an established exploration company delivering a drilling program at a project located north‑east of Perth, Western Australia. The program is scheduled to commence in mid-April (indicative) and is expected to run through to mid-October.

Your new role
As an Exploration Geologist, you will support the delivery of the exploration drilling program as part of a newly mobilised site team. Reporting to the Senior Geologist, you will be hands‑on in day-to-day field activities across operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Geological logging of drill holes
• Sampling and sample dispatch
• QA/QC and data integrity management
• Assisting with daily drilling and geology reports
• Supporting safe and efficient site operations in line with company procedures
  
  What you’ll need to succeed
  To be successful in this role, you will have:
• 2–3 years’ experience in exploration geology
• Exposure to RC and Diamond drilling programs (preferred)
• An exploration geology background
• Strong field-based work ethic and attention to detail
• Manual Driving Licence
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and D&A screening
• First Aid certification desirable
