Your new role

• Management of data in the IMDEX and acQuire database systems
• Review of drill hole plans and providing feedback to key stakeholders
• Responsible for data collection, in particular: core logging (lithology, structural and alteration), drill core sampling, and drill hole deviation
• Delivery of geochemical QAQC tasks including batch approvals and downstream QAQC processes (processing of coarse rejects and pulp duplicates)
• Reporting of exploration activities in the form of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Delivery of project allocated products in collaboration with Live Modeller including – summary logs, mineralisation intersection one-pagers, weekly summary presentations

What you'll need to succeed

• A commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development
• Bachelor of Science in Geology or similar
• Prior exploration experience (preferably nickel)
• Experience with diamond RC rigs ideal
• Willing to travel to remote locations
• Have a current National Police Clearance or able to obtain
• Can complete a pre-employment medical
