Experienced Parking Officer

Seeking an experienced Parking Officer who is passionate about local laws, regulation and enforcement

Your new company

You will be working at a Council based in Sydney’s North. You will be working alongside the council’s full-time council staff as a Hays contractor.

Your new role

Your main job will be to enforce local parking legislation by issuing infringements. You will also be educating the general public about parking laws and restrictions. You will also be expected to attend court hearings if required.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have previous experience as a Parking Officer and/or Ranger and have a valid NSW Driving Licence. Experience using PDA machines (or similar) would be advantageous. Customer Service is a vital part of this role, so a good attitude and strong interpersonal skills are a must.

What you'll get in return

You will be paid well above the minimum award rate. The contract is temporary, but you will be working full-time hours. The contract could potentially be ongoing depending on availability and performance.
