The Opportunity

An exciting permanent opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Coordinator to provide high‑level, confidential support to two key members of the Executive Leadership Team.

Reporting to a senior executive, this role sits within a central Corporate Services function that underpins the organisation’s operations through governance, people and culture, legal, risk, and business services. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, keeping things running seamlessly and enabling effective decision‑making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional, proactive, and timely executive support, including:

  • Managing complex executive diaries, scheduling, and competing priorities
  • Coordinating executive correspondence and reporting requirements
  • Preparing agendas, meeting papers, minutes, and action registers
  • Organising and supporting executive meetings, events, and external service provider engagements
  • Assisting with executive and board reporting, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Reconciling executive expenses and corporate credit card statements
  • Supporting ad hoc projects, team meetings, and key initiatives as required
  • Building strong working relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high‑level executive or secretarial support at a senior level
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive, confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and executive reporting systems or online portals
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and strong attention to detail
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
