Executive Assistant to 2 x MD's

Your new role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level, confidential administrative support to 2 x MD's and the M&A team. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complex calendar and travel management across time zones
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings and events
  • Expense processing using Concur
  • Drafting and sending correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
  • Liaising with internal teams and external clients
  • Supporting a large team with competing priorities and sensitive information
  • Providing phone coverage and broader EA team support
  • Acting as a point of contact for company policies and procedures


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services, with executive-level support
  • Advanced skills in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Concur or similar systems for travel and expense management
  • A proactive, polished, and professional approach
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and responsibilities
