Your new role
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be a key player in ensuring operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level administrative support to senior management
Managing document control processes with precision and confidentiality
Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and related documentation
Coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications
Supporting project workflows using Simpro and Xero
Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Assisting with reporting, compliance, and general office coordination
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong background in document control and contract management
Proficiency in Simpro, Xero, Microsoft Office Suite or synergistic industry software
Intermediate Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
