Your new role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a central role in driving efficiency and enabling leadership success. You’ll manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications, while preparing high-quality reports and presentations for both local and international stakeholders. You’ll act as a key liaison across business functions, support HR and marketing initiatives, and help coordinate events, site launches, and strategic projects. This is a varied and impactful role that blends executive support with operational coordination and cultural leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Strong communication and presentation abilities, including experience preparing executive reports and board materials
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or design tools a plus
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently and across diverse business functions
