Your new role 
- Provide high-level support to Executive Leaders.
- Manage emails, calendars, travel, and expenses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and board/committee papers.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and corporate events.
- Assist with project tracking and strategic initiatives.
- Support onboarding of new team members and EAs/MAs.
- Cover reception duties during lunch and leave periods.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
What you'll need to succeed 
- Previous experience supporting senior Executive Leadership is required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong judgment, initiative, and discretion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in administration, business, or finance (desirable).
