Your new role
This role provides proactive administrative and coordination support as an EA/PA, overseeing key functions, board activities, and ensuring smooth office operations. It plays a vital role in maintaining organisational efficiency and effective communication across all levels.
- Manage CEO’s communications, schedule, and appointments
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendors
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Prepare and proofread documents, correspondents, and presentations
- Organise meetings and logistics
- Handle mail and deliveries
- Maintain office spaces
- Event Coordination, board events and meetings
- Support business development
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance
- Manage projects and executive requests
- Uphold professional and workplace standards
- Proactively plan, manage, coordinate, track, run and undertake assigned tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of providing varied administrative support and assistance
- Experienced in Microsoft Suite
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
