This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious institution and support one of the most senior legal figures in the country. They are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Justice to join their team on a permanent ongoing basis.
Your new role
As Executive Assistant to the C-Suite Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the C-Suite Executive and chamber staff. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff, other EAs, and associates across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence
- Coordinating travel and hospitality (frequent travel between Sydney and Canberra)
- Preparing speeches and official documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in high-level executive support (5+ years preferred)
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- Discreet, mature, and able to handle sensitive matters.
- Comfortable in a formal, high-pressure environment.
- Adaptable and flexible to travel weekly.
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office and admin skills.
- An Australian citizen able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in government or legal environments
- Worked in a Prime Minister’s Office or similar high-level role
- A low social media presence (due to the sensitivity of the role)
