Your new role

As an experienced Estimator, you'll play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a range of projects across QLD – with a diverse portfolio spanning education, health, retail, social housing, mining, and government infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction

• Strong skills in cost planning, BOQ preparation, tender submissions and quantity take-offs

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with estimating software and industry standards
