Your new role

• Lead architecture planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop roadmaps, standards, and reference models.
• Advise on ICT investments and strategic priorities.
• Represent the organisation in cross-government forums.
• Ensure compliance with security and data regulations.
• Translate technical insights into business impacts.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience driving large-scale architectural change and fostering innovation.
• Ability to align technology capabilities with enterprise-wide business goals.
• Strong collaboration skills across government and contribution to national architecture initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including senior leadership communication.
• Success in evaluating and promoting emerging technologies for organisational benefit.
• Commitment to ethical standards and public sector values.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; TOGAF or equivalent architectural certification.
• Ample experience as an Enterprise Architect in insurance, financial services, disability or health domains.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments, digital transformation, UML, UX/CX design, and accessibility-compliant technologies.
