Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Manager to join our team for the service transformation project. As an Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic objectives by enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring the successful implementation of new projects.

Accountabilities

Collaborate with project leadership to understand service transformation objectives and translate them into clear enablement plans.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to build capabilities aligned with new service models.
Prepare and deliver reports on project budgets, performance metrics, and other key indicators to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team and projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Business, IT, Communications, Project Management, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
10+ years of experience in enablement, change management, training, or service management roles — preferably within transformation or digital initiatives.
Strong knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and change management methodologies.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training and communication programs.
