Your new role
You’ll be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. Collaborating with operations teams, you’ll support equipment reliability while maintaining compliance with Schneider Electric’s high safety standards. Expect a dynamic role with exposure to cutting-edge automation systems and sustainable energy initiatives. This role will be shift-based with a 6am start and a 2:15pm finish with an opportunity for overtime.
What you'll need to succeed
Valid electrical licence or certification (Victoria)
Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance standards
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
