Our client is a family-owned business based in Mackay, Queensland, specialising in commercial and industrial electrical and maintenance work. With over 20 years of industry experience, they offer a wide range of services, including overhead crane maintenance, CCTV and security systems, vehicle hoists, lifting columns, and lift maintenance. Their team is highly qualified, holding various certifications in electrical and mechanical trades, high-risk licenses, and safety training.

Your new role

• Installing and maintaining electrical systems: This involves setting up new electrical systems, wiring, and equipment, as well as maintaining existing ones to ensure they function correctly.

• Overhead crane maintenance: Ensuring that the electrical components of overhead cranes are in good working order and troubleshooting any issues.

• CCTV and security systems: Installing, maintaining, and repairing security cameras and related systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

• Vehicle hoists and lifting columns: Working on the electrical aspects of these devices to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

• Lift maintenance: Performing regular checks and maintenance on lifts to keep them functioning properly and safely.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Electrical Licence

• Drivers Licence

• White Card

• CPR / LVR – Desirable

• Ability to complete a police check

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

• Living locally in the Mackay Region
