Your new role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Manager responsible for planning, leading and managing allocated project activities on-site to ensure project objectives and targets are achieved. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

Knowledge of HV electrical substation projects methodologies and the integration of this into the planning and execution phases of the project, preferably in utility-scale renewables or substation construction.

• Current trade or tertiary qualification in electrical
• Experience of delivering HV substations
• Plan, monitor, and report on on-site construction activities. Manage resources, health and safety, environment, productivity, schedule adherence, and quality of work.
• Promote a safe working culture and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Ensure contractors meet scope, quality, legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure work activities comply with company policies, practices, processes, and standards.
• Identify, manage, and control project-related risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers. Manage client representatives on-site.
• Lead and manage work crews to achieve project outcomes. Provide estimates and prepare construction methodologies.
• You will need a VESI ticket.
