Your new role

The Electrical Project Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the electrical engineering scope across complex industrial, power, or infrastructure projects from concept through design, procurement, construction support, commissioning, and handover. This role provides technical leadership, coordinates multidisciplinary interfaces, manages engineering deliverables, and ensures that electrical systems are designed and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project delivery.
  • Proven experience leading electrical engineering scope on medium to large industrial, power, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, equipment, and systems.
  • Familiarity with applicable Australian and/or international codes and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in design review, vendor management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical problem-solving skills.
