Your new role

• Driving project success by managing budget, schedule, and overall project delivery.
• Participating in field leadership activities and overseeing contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality, and budget constraints
• Maintaining high operational standards and effective communication within the team
• Regular reporting and meetings, providing insights into daily accomplishments and any challenges in order to achieve business objectives
• 8:6 roster from Perth

What you'll need to succeed

• You will hold relevant Electrical / Mechanical Trade qualifications.
• Mining experience and any experience driving in open pits is highly desirable.
• Obtaining a Pit Permit will be compulsory for the role.
• The company will provide support and equipment for individuals to obtain the relevant Autonomous Pit Permit.
