Your new role

As a Permanent Electrical Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 4–6 technicians across a range of office fit-outs and refurbishments in the Sydney CBD. Projects typically range up to $300K in value, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring delivery meets client expectations and industry standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand in commercial electrical projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage site operations and coordinate with project managers
• Current electrical licence and relevant certifications
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
