About the company - Hays have partnered with a Melbourne-based electrical company committed to delivering exceptional service across commercial sectors. With a team of fully licenced and insured electricians, Hays client is known for its reliability, quality workmanship, and transparent communication. They have picked up numerous projects and would like to expand their team!
Your new role - Working as an experienced and motivated Electrical Leading Hand / Foreman to oversee and lead commercial electrical installations across a variety of projects. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who can manage crews, ensure safety and quality standards, and liaise with the director of the company.

What you will need to succeed –
  • A grade electrical licence
  • White card
  • Driving licence and vehicle
  • Own set of tools
  • 5+ years’ experience as a commercial electrician
  • 3+ years’ experience as a foreman
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • High regard for safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail
