Your new role

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for electrical projects across various sectors
• Reviewing tender documentation and conducting site assessments
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Collaborating with project managers and technical teams to ensure scope alignment
• Supporting bid submissions and client presentations

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within property services or building maintenance
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and compliance standards
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
