Your new role

• Designing LV and HV (up to 33kV) systems, including support during construction and commissioning
• Writing detailed earthing and reports using IEEE 80 and ENA-EG0/EG1 methodologies
• Performing load flow, short circuit, cable sizing, and arc flash calculations using SKM Powertools
• Reviewing and marking up electrical drawings such as schematics, SLDs, and equipment layouts
• Conducting protection settings and relay coordination
• Supporting programming and commissioning of switchgear (highly regarded)
• Good knowledge of Large Customer Connections or Energex standards is advantageous but not required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in electrical design and commissioning
• Strong verbal communication and technical report-writing skills
• Proficiency in SKM Powertools PTW32 and ground mat modelling
• Experience with switchgear programming and commissioning (highly regarded)
